1. Understanding the client's segmentation, targeting and positioning and existing marketing and business challenges
2. Supporting the team in generating ideas, concepts, copy and visual direction in line with the brand voice and personality, with specific focus on social media
3. Leveraging social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) for content publishing, performance tracking and reporting
